Education & Training
Body Work - Karen has a Master’s of Science in Holistic Health from the American Institute of Holistic Theology and a Master’s degree in Natural Hygiene (Health) and Nutrition from the Fit For Life Sciences Institute. Her passion is helping others discover how the human body functions, constantly removing and re-creating cells to maintain balanced health. Internal Hygiene is one of the answers to health, because when the body is clean on the inside it functions like a well-oiled engine.

Mind Work – Karen teaches others how a Positive attitude will elevate their lives, through Quantum Physics. “The Secret,” (the movie) is a compilation of the teachings of the Great Truth Teachers who Karen studied for years. “Where the Mind Goes, Energy Flows.”
Karen also trained with A. Hermann Muller of the Australasian Institute of Body-Mind Analysis and Psychosomatic Therapy.
Her work is not just about her healing you; she wants to help you learn how to maintain your own happy, healthy, loving, and successful existence.
Spirit Work - Certified in The Emotion Code and user of both The Emotion Code and The Body Code techniques, helps her identify Trapped Emotions, which affect the overall health and wellness of the mind, body and spirit. This work she does by Proxy, communicating with her client’s guardian’s or spirit guides, and her own guardian’s or spirit guides from her home.
She has many years of training and studies as a Spiritual Communication Facilitator and as a Spiritual Psychology Facilitator with the Lightworker corporation. Mediumship training with James Van Praagh, and Reconnective Healing, “The Basic Truths and Frequencies of Healing” with Eric Pearl, just to name a few!
She uses a pendulum to do her remote scans/readings to identify Trapped Emotions, and release them. She also uses the natural doTERRA products which are derived from plants to help support optimal vibratory rates within the body. Because each plant carries its own vibratory rate or life force energy, it can help support the body and help maintain a that optimal vibratory rate.
